Where the Passion Begins
Brittanie Young, SHRM-SCP, MSc
Principal Talent Management Consultant
Brittanie Young is an energetic HR Educator and Strategic Talent Management Consultant with a passion for training business leaders on how to build a better workforce. She began her HR career helping startups and growing nonprofits build their talent management strategy from the ground up.
Her love for both the academic and people side of human resources led her to start Rejuvenate HR as a training ground to help businesses improve their employee experience by helping to increase their knowledge about the HR function and its impact on the business world.
She holds her SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resources Management and is currently finishing her M.S. in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire. University. She is also very active in the business community & is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South, the Olive Branch Chamber of Commerce, the Association for Talent Development Memphis Chapter, and the National Association for the Self-Employed.
She resides in Memphis, TN where she loves playing soccer, kayaking, and traveling with her beagle Willow.
